Tree roots are notorious for invading drains and causing blockages that can back waste water up into the dwelling. Some species are more aggressive than others, and it is amazing how far the roots can travel from the source.
They invade the drains and sewers because they need the water, nutrients and oxygen to survive, especially during a drought. It only needs a tiny crack in the pipe, often caused by ground movement, to invite the roots inside where they multiply until it is completely blocked.
Small blockages can be removed by using several different techniques, depending on which is appropriate for the task.
Large blockages where the pipe is completely broken need more work. To properly fix the problem the broken section of pipe needs to located, dug up and removed, then replaced with new piping.
Brian has done this successfully many times and has all the equipment needed to clear out your drains and get them flowing again.
