We called Brian when our hot water system leaked in our laundry and he was very prompt to arrive with a new hot water system and so we could have hot water for the next day. We found Brian very friendly, helpful and will definitely contact him for any other plumbing issues we have.
My hot water was not working so I called Advantage Hot Water and asked for an emergency call out. Brian Knock attended promptly, examined my hot water system, which was approximately 5 years old, identified the problem and offered his advice. I quickly researched the problem on the internet and discovered the advice Mr Knock had given me was the most cost-effective way to rectify the problem. I took his advice; he fixed the problem and I had hot water that afternoon. I found Mr Knock to be a down to earth, no nonsense and honest tradesman who completes his work to a high standard of quality. I would not hesitate to recommend Brian Knock and Advantage Hot Water to any of my friends and associates.
Unfortunately, my water heater had a problem. Not knowing who to call, I looked up the yellow pages and found Brian Knock’s advertisement. Seeing he has been in the business for over 40 years I rang him. This was at midday Thursday and he was at my home in the afternoon to check my heater. It had to be replaced and he returned next morning, Friday at 8.30am, to install the heater. (You don’t always get that type of service). I found Brian to be a very pleasant, reliable gentleman and would have no hesitation in recommending him to my friends.
